City of Clearwater 

The City of Clearwater ("City") is 30 square miles with a population of approximately 110,000 residents.  It is the second largest city in Pinellas County and the third largest in the Tampa Bay area.  The City's waterfront communities are Clearwater Beach, Island Estates and Sand Key.  These communities are linked by their common love for waterfront living.  They have all the amenities that a larger city can provide to include the City's Fire and Police Departments, Parks and Recreation Department, Library system and Public Works Department.  City Hall is located in downtown Clearwater within sight of these communities.
